EXCHANGE & ALTERATION POLICY

At House of Ivory, every piece is created and selected with care. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase.

Please read our Exchange & Alteration Policy carefully before placing your order.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

House of Ivory does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, colour preference, style preference or incorrect size selection.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product details and our Size Guide before completing their purchase.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Ready-stock items may be eligible for a size exchange only, subject to availability.

To request a size exchange:

* The request must be made within the specified exchange period communicated by House of Ivory.
* The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
* All original tags and packaging must be intact.
* The requested size must be available in stock.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, House of Ivory will provide the available options where applicable.

ALTERATION

Where possible, House of Ivory may offer an alteration option for eligible products.

Alterations may be subject to:

* The design and construction of the garment
* Fabric availability
* Technical feasibility
* Additional charges, where applicable

Garments that have already been worn, washed or altered by a third party may not be eligible for further alteration.

PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All pre-order and made-to-order products are final sale.

Pre-order and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange, return or refund, including size exchanges.

Customers are strongly advised to confirm their size and product selection before placing a pre-order.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact House of Ivory as soon as possible after receiving your order.

The item must be returned for inspection before an exchange, repair or other appropriate resolution can be offered.

DELIVERY COSTS

Unless the item is incorrect or defective due to an error by House of Ivory, delivery costs associated with size exchanges may be the responsibility of the customer.

HOUSE OF IVORY’S RIGHT TO REFUSE

House of Ivory reserves the right to refuse an exchange or alteration request if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

By placing an order with House of Ivory, you acknowledge and agree to this Exchange & Alteration Policy.

House of Ivory reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

I would also suggest adding a very visible line on every pre-order product page:

“Please note: This is a pre-order item. Pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please review your size carefully before placing your order.”

And for regular ready-stock products:

“Ready-stock items are eligible for size exchange or alteration only. Refunds and style/colour exchanges are not applicable.”
