1. Products & Availability

House of Ivory offers carefully curated and designed fashion pieces. We make every effort to display product colours, details and fabrics as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel orders where necessary.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order will be the applicable price for that purchase.

3. Orders

Placing an order is subject to acceptance and confirmation by House of Ivory.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including, but not limited to:

* Product unavailability
* Incorrect pricing or product information
* Suspected fraudulent activity
* Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the customer will be contacted regarding the applicable resolution.

4. Size & Fit

Customers are strongly encouraged to review our Size Guide before placing an order.

If you require assistance selecting a size, our customer service team will be happy to assist you. However, the final size selection remains the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exchange & Alteration

House of Ivory does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Eligible ready-stock items may be exchanged for a different size or may be altered, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.

6. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Products

All pre-order and made-to-order items are produced or reserved specifically for the customer.

Therefore, pre-order and made-to-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item received is defective or incorrect due to an error by House of Ivory.

Customers are advised to carefully review their selected size, colour and product details before confirming a pre-order.

7. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided for each product.

House of Ivory will not be responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, storage or alteration by a third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All House of Ivory designs, photographs, logos, graphics, website content and branding are the property of House of Ivory and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

9. Policy Changes

House of Ivory reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective once published on our website.
