He is the grandson of Haji M. A. Mannan Akand, a respected Freedom Fighter of Bangladesh, whose dedication to the country’s independence remains a lasting source of inspiration. MD Mahbub Alam is the son of A. K. M. Alamgir Hossain, Chairman of the Company, whose values-driven leadership and entrepreneurial foresight laid the foundation for the organization. Guided by this legacy, he continues to uphold principles of integrity, accountability, and service excellence.

From an early age, MD Mahbub Alam demonstrated strong academic discipline and a clear sense of purpose. He completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2005 and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in 2007, reflecting early promise and dedication toward personal and professional growth.
With a commitment to serving humanity, he pursued and completed his MBBS degree from a reputed medical college in Bangladesh. To further expand his impact at a broader societal level, he earned a Master of Public Health (MPH), equipping him with advanced knowledge in public health management, research, and development.
